Yeah yeah, I know I just finished making a post, but it didn't seem right making them together. Well, our guild Eradication took another large step tonight, on our second attempt of the night, fourth ever attempt (I believe) we killed Void Reaver. Void Reaver is a rather tough boss in the end game section of WoW, and we have made progress tonight by killing him. Well, here are some photos (dramatic aren't they?) of just after we killed him.

New job
I finally did it. I got myself a good job, though I do have too wake up at 3AM too get too work on time. It is only at a local super-store, but a job is a job, and it does pay rather well. There is one advantage too this job, is it once again puts my schedule mostly at the same times as my lovely girlfriend's, since she is 6 hours ahead of me, and I wake up about 6 hours before I normally would. In the end, I'm happy I have gotten this job, and I do hope that it works well for me. It is only the second day, but I like it.
Oh what the heck, lets write a bit about what the job is. The job that I have is called 'flow' and entails me getting up really early (before the store opens) and taking the stock off of the truck (well, I don't do that, back room does) and placing it out into the isles, and through a seemingly complex but rather simple process of scanning, searching, and double checking, stock the store in various departments. The job does ask me too walk around alot, but that isn't so bad, even my bad knee considered. I do have too do some lifting, but I can do that fine anyway.
Overall, the job isn't so hard, I just need too get used too it, and learn the ropes.

Change in leadership
It has almost been made official now, that Kaz, a director of the conclave will now be leading Eradication, our WoW guild. He's a decent man, and I have some high hopes for him. He has a way with the guild that he can get things done, I mean, he's been doing it for the past few months already. He's been a assistant guild master for the past two guild masters, and has held the guild together rather well, and one perfect example is what happened two nights ago.
Two nights ago, we had some of the best members of the guild, decide too quit, I believe the grand total was near twelve members that typed /gquit that night. Well, a rather length discussion took place on Team Speak that evening, and I really must hand the kudos to Kaz for his twisting, and forming of words that has managed too convince them all too stay, and hold out for a few weeks longer now that he is guild leader. I have too say, I put in a few words here and there, but not nearly anything too the caliber of what Kaz said that evening. That evening I must say, he saved the guild from a two too three month set back, and he really does deserve something for that. I know, I'll get him some cheese, he does seem too be a big fan of cheese.
But, back too what Kaz has seemed to save the guild from, he does have some interesting proposals for the guild that I'm quite looking forward too. I could almost quite straight from his blog that I for one reason or another have open at the moment, but, I'll just sum it up for him.
So, basically I think he has it all covered, and my hopes are pretty high for this.
Oh, and on a side note, while I was writing this up, I just got a call for an orientation for a new job (Yay me) and I go in in exactly 1 hour, and 45 minutes. Hope all goes well!

- Increase the amount of 25 man raids that we have such as SSC/Gruul/Maggy, specifically SSC
- Give rewards for being ontime and prepared for the raids
- Basically aiming higher, and asking less for going too lower instances

A real 'Hello'
Well, now that things seem too have calmed down for the moment in my life, I guess it is the best time too really introduce myself.
I am a student by trade, studying computer science at my local Suny College. I have quite a few activities that I like too do in my spare time, namely be a part of two communities; The Conclave, and Gaiaonline. Both are rather large communities, and I'm just a regular old member in both. In each, I'm known by two names, firstly Thanopis as I mentioned before, and in a close second, Daenyc. The name Daenyc is one that I adopted from a friend, who really doesn't know I did, so don't tell her.
In the community The Conclave, we are mainly a gaming community, and we cover many different games, World of Warcraft, Ogame, Call of Duty 4, Battlefield 1942, and a few other smaller games. I take part in two of the games, World of Warcraft (WoW) and Ogame. Both are simple games to begin with, but can become quite complex.
In WoW (the game I spend most of my time) my main character (rather obviously called a main) is a Blood Elf Priest named Thanopis. Than is the one that waves his fingers and hands around to save peoples' lives, and is rather decent at it.
My character is name Thanopis, and for all reasons needed, is my only character at the moment, though I do play others. I'm sure in other posts I'll make comments about the characters, and about the game along with other things that happened too me.
Mmm, I guess it is time too announce what I intend too do isn't it? Well, just keep a log, talk about things, talk about whatever seems too peak my interest, but I'm sure you'll see certain subjects show up again and again.
Please though, don't let this scare you away, I'm sure you'll find something in here of atleast a little interest.
In any case, I have some sleep too catch up on (10 hours in about 5 nights isn't enough) so I bit thee farewell for now dear friend, and bid you return someday. Until then, do take care.

A short hello
This does seem too be a first of many too hopefully come. I should probably start with some about myself, but I am a busy person at the moment, working on school, writing a report, and even drawing a map for a online role play guild I'm a part of. I'll say a few words, for the moment, you can call me Than, Thanopis, Dae, or Daenyc and I'm your average gamer/programmer that uses the web for just about everything. I'm currently in university for computer science, and hope too be done with that as soon as I can so I can start breaking things in the real world.
I'd like too say that I'm a nice person, friendly, and funny, but I wouldn't know really, you'd have to ask the people that know me, or just get too know me yourself. In any case, I have to run at the for the moment, but I will leave this behind. I am a comedy connoisseur, and recently found this one to bring me many laughs as I can seem to relate myself too it slightly. Enjoy, and stick around.
